Swedish course registration

There are places available in the university course, Swedish for beginners. The deadline for registration is Tuesday, March 24.

The course addresses foreign students with no previous knowledge of the Swedish language with the intention of providing basic language skills as well as some familiarity with Swedish society and culture. The purpose is also to make the students aware of, different learning strategies and to use dictionaries.

The course starts Tuesday Mars 31st 2009, at 16.00 o’clock in room E409. The course ends during week 23.

Who is allowed to register for the course?
Exchange student are guarenteed a place in the course. Other master's students are accepted only if there are extra places available in the course.

How to apply
You need to fill in an application form and hand it in to the administrator in room E419 at “Centre for Introductory studies and Validation”. Last date to apply is the 24th of March (changed from the 23rd).

Application forms
Application forms are available for collection at the administrators’ office room E419 at“Centre for Introductory studies and Validation” from week 11.

Update: If there are more students wanting to study the course than places available selection will be made based on the number of credits students have passed at the university.
