Conference on technology and developing countries

Tuesday and Wednesday this week, there will be an international conference on technology and developing countries at Högskolan i Borås. We have gathered twenty-five speakers from sixteen countries, making this one of the biggest events on clean technology in Sweden this year. The conference starts at lunchtime on Tuesday and continues until Wednesday evening.

As an international student or researcher, you are particularly welcome to this event. All speeches are in English. You don't have to pay anything to attend the conference (apart from the conference dinner if you attend it).

The conference is organized by the non-profit organization OTEC Africa, by the School of Business and IT at the University of Borås in Sweden, and by Runde Environmental Center in Norway. The purpose of the event is to work for a sustainable future in the world in general and in Africa in particular.
